Loan Application Checklist

In general, the documentation you will need includes:

Check for application fee

Income & Assets

Pay stubs for the last 60 days.

Federal Income Tax Return for the last 2 Years with:

	W-2s Attached
	All Schedules Attached

If self-employed:

	12 Months Bank Statements showing ALL Deposits
	Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement consistent with the Bank Statements

If you own rental property:

Current Rental Agreements

If you are retired:

Pension Award Letter.

If you receive Social Security:

Social Security Award Letter.

If you are counting child support as income:

	Copy of divorce settlement.
	Copy of twelve months of cancelled child support checks.
